1. Forum and general user behavior

1.1. You must be respectful towards other users at all times. Failing to do so may lead to the revocation of your Forum privileges.
1.2. Any form and / or attempt of intimidation, abuse, threat or disrespect against ZeeClix and / or ZeeClix staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the revocation of your Forum privileges, as well as the permanent suspension of your account or the loss of other benefits.
1.3. Topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial towards ZeeClix, its users, sponsors or service providers are strictly prohibited.
1.4. All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers / exchange / requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in Forum posts / topics. Spamming the Forum with nonsensical posts / messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is also prohibited.

2. Account

2.1. Your login password must be kept private and confidential at all times. We provide additional security features to help safeguard your account and it is recommended that you use them to protect it.
2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the permanent suspension of all accounts involved. This also applies to your payment processor account(s), which must be unique and cannot be shared with another user.
2.3. Each advertisement can be viewed multiple times by the same IP address but credited only once per 24 hours. Accessing your account from proxies / VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to, schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
2.4. Accounts are not transferable.
2.5. A computer must only be used by a single user account to view advertisements. If multiple accounts are used for the purpose of viewing advertisements on a single computer, all accounts involved will be permanently suspended.
2.6. All currency values shown in your account are in United States dollars (USD).

3. Referrals

3.1. You may only earn from referrals that you directly referred yourself.
3.2. You must not send unsolicited emails or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral.
3.3. The maximum number of direct referrals a user can have depends on the user's membership, pack, as well as membership time. Users can see the limit in the direct referrals listing page. The maximum number of rented referrals a user can have depends on the user's membership and pack.
3.4. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 1 advertisements, you will receive all clicks made by your referrals. If you don’t click 1 advertisement, you will not receive the clicks made by your referrals. Referral clicks will be calculated according to the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which is GMT.
3.5. A referral will never be able to modify / remove their referrer.

4. Payouts to members

4.1. All payouts will be made within 7 working days of requesting payout. Payments will be only made via the payment options available as shown on the 'Withdraw' page.

4.2. Fees payable on payouts will be borne by the receiver. The minimum fees applicable for every payment processor and the total fees is calculated on the 'Withdraw' page itself.

4.3. All payment amounts will be rounded off by the payment processor automatically. On our end, the Net Payable amount after the deduction of fees is copied as it is and the rounding off is done by the payment processor. In general, Payeer rounds off this amount to the nearest cent whereas Perfect Money rounds off this amount to the lower cent.

4.4. Users are encouraged to post their payment proofs on the forum in the 'Payment Proofs' section. This is not mandatory but it helps build trust for new users.

4.5. Any loss of funds due to entering the wrong Payment ID is irreversible and borne by the users. Any lost funds cannot be recovered and will not be added back to the user's balance and no compensation for the same will be given.
